　　Tiande Chemical Holdings Limited (“Tiande Chemical”and together with its subsidiaries, collectively the“Group”) was incorporated in the Cayman Islands as an exempted company with limited liability under the Companies Law of the Cayman Islands. The principal activities of Tiande’s major operating subsidiaries are research and development, manufacture and sales of fine chemical products. The Group was established in 1997 and listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the“Stock Exchange”) in 27 October 2006, the stock code is 609. Tiande Chemical is a specialised fine chemical manufacturer, its major operating wholly-owned subsidiaries are located in the PRC, they are Weifang Common Chem Co., Ltd. (established in 1997), Shanghai Dehong Chemical Co., Ltd. (established in 2001), Weifang Parasia Chem Co., Ltd. (established in 2004), Weifang Binhai Petro-Chem Co., Ltd. (established in 2005).

　　The major products of the Group including Cyanoactates, Malonates, Diethyl Ethoxymethylenemalonate, Ethanol, Methanol, Tert-butanol, Sodium Cyanide solution, Isobutylene, Polyisobuylene, etc, which are mainly applied in the synthesis of pharmaceutical products, pesticides, adhesive products, sealants, coating materials, essences and aromatics etc. The Group’s business is covering the whole China as well as the world's major economies developed areas. .In order to provide timely and quality services to customers, the Group has set up several sales liaison offices in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu as well as sales agents in the overseas.
